I use product data to find where users don’t get through, then design the experience that gets them there. At edrone I rebuilt the platform from sales-gated to self-serve freemium, redesigned most of the product, and grew the design team from one to three. 7+ years in SaaS. I prototype and ship production code with Claude Code and v0.dev.
Freemium launch
edrone had no self-serve path. Every new customer went through Sales. This is the acquisition model I built alongside it.

Automations drive ~45% of edrone's revenue but only fire for identified contacts. I designed a module that handles identification automatically.
